Summer Vibe!

It's the time of the year again, when you have an excuse to show off some skin and pull off those bikinis. No doubt that it's summer already, I can feel the heat striking on my skin. Time to say goodbye to the sweater weather and lazy day outfit-to-go, pullovers

Since it's beginning to look a lot like summer already, I can finally wear my toddler (as what my friends like to call it) clothes and bare some skin (only during weekends, though)!! I've been saving up some of my clothes for this season and I just can't wait to have my summer outings and wear them!

Since I've attended a baptism today, I tried to pair my summer-ish top with a decent bottom which is my very reliable, palazzo pants. I wanted to attain a summer looking vibe without looking so daring and showy.

Have a great weekend, guys!

Royal Blue

Look who's back! I guess I've kinda adjusted with my work schedule now. It's been 3 months since I've updated my blog and I am really happy to share my first ever post this year.

Here's what I wore during our Clindamycin (Klindex) launch last March 6, 2014 held at Palacio De Maynila. Opted for something simple yet an elegant looking  Forever 21 dress which I paired with my ever so versatile heels from Payless. What I love about my pair of heels is that I get to wear them for more than three hours (which is very rare because I am really not a high heels person) and at the same time it suits any style I wear.

Props to my bestfriend, Nikki for being my make-up artist and making me look presentable that day. As always! I love how she made my look very natural and sophisticated. Good job, girlfriend. You will always be my saving grace.

P.S. I solemnly swear to update my blog from time to time. Amen.

First of all I want to congratulate Gilas Pilipinas for winning tonight's game against Korea (FIBA2013)! Woo, Gilas is flying to Spain! I am a proud Filipino! That game gave me real time goosebumps.

Here's a quick outfit post to cap off my Saturday night! Top and vest is from my bestfriend and her reliable online shop, Lorelie Moda Armario. Shorts and Chain Necklace from Forever21 and heels from So! Fab.

Hope you had a great long weekend! Thanks for dropping by :>

La Femme Boheme

Trying out a femme cowboy look, just for a change. Lately, I've been inspired to dress up something far from my usual. Just getting nifty and brave enough to try out these new pair of booties.

I hope I did not annoy you with my flunky poses. I was having a hard time pulling off this look and matching a perfect pose for the outfit. What do you think? I noticed I've been into different looks lately - from the edgy one and now to a boheme. Hmm. What can be my next genre be? Any suggestions? :)

And oh, please don't forget to join my ongoing giveaway - 2 blogposts before this one. And also please do op on my online shop if you have time; I released a new collection few days ago. I hope everyone's having a good week (just like me!) sniff sniff!!

Wrong Move

Hello everyone! How's your holy week so far? Holy week will always be a perfect time for reflection and contemplation. For our family, we always make time to do our annual Visita Iglesia every Maundy Thursday.    I make sure I find time to thank Jesus for the big sacrifice He made for all of us. Thank you, Jesus. :)

So here's a quick outfit post for tonight since we're not allowed to do something fun until Easter Sunday - that means no internet and loud music and stuff. Here's what I wore yesterday for our Visita Iglesia. I really thought that we were going to BGC (The Fort) that's why I opted to wear shorts (since it's just an open ground and there are no dress code or any restrictions) but our plans were ruined and we just headed to Christ the King Parish (Green Meadows) and have a mass there. Dang! I know this is an inappropriate attire inside the church (but what can I do), hence the title of this blog post. Oh well, at least I've learned my lesson - never ever wear shorts or anything too revealing during the holy week (it's a must!).

Have a blessed Holy Week guys! :)

FridaysWithABlogger: Khai Nunag

Finally, another dose of my FridaysWithABlogger segment! My guest blogger tonight is none other than the creative person behind Quirkypedia and founder of Pampanga's Fashion Blogger, Ms. Khai Nunag! One thing I admire most about Khai is that she knows how to express herself creatively. She is very determined and lives with her passion without hesitations. I can't wait to share with you guys the things I've learned from her.

Khai Nunag - a 22-year-old fashion accessories / RTW designer slash events singer who is known for being goal-oriented, friendly (very!) and quirky has a lot to offer in terms of fashion and arts.
When did you start blogging and how?
- I started to blog in high school, but had various blog genres back then. I wrote articles, indulged in photography and graphic design, but my blog diverted into a fashion blog in 2010.

How did you learn about blogging?
- I learned about making a web page in high school on our computer class, but later on found out that blogging can be lucrative. I started discovering different fashion blogs through Lookbook.nu

How did fashion blogging change you?
- Blogging has made me more confident. I had also achieved some things I never thought I’d be blessed with , like organizing a fashion group here in Pampanga, called Pampanga’s Fashion Bloggers; getting featured on publications & websites; guesting on local and national tv & radio shows.

What's your fashion style?
- My style is diverse. I think I don’t really have a signature style, as I love to be experimental all the time, but if there’s one word I’ll use to describe how I dress up, it would have to be versatil.. However, there’s this thing I call Style Paradox, wherein I mix two or more different styles in one outfit to create a whole new look.
How do I do Style Paradox-ing?
Sometimes, when I dress up in a really classy ensemble like something appropriate for a corporate look, I totally break the style by wearing something opposite to the style like a manly hat or edgy shoes and accessories. I can also dainty dresses with Bohemian boots, or funky pieces with sophisticated ones. Anything goes!

Wild Thing

I have this top I used once and when I tried it again the other day, I looked up myself in the mirror and found myself looking dull and just so lifeless - hopeless. I watched some YouTube vids about cutting lifeless shirts and turning them into some kind of a hippie muscle tees, which I'm currently obsessed with. I found myself cutting almost all of my shirts and turning them into muscles tees, cropped tops and what not.

Which looks better? I go for the one on the right!! <3

Here's a quick outfit post for tonight! I wore this for a shopping date and roadtrip day with mum and the boyfriend, Michael. I love them both to bits and I find it cute that they had grocery together <3 How lovely! My family loves him as much as I love him so much. Cheese!

Ze watch boyf gave me that comes with these beautiful arm candies. :) It's a must to wear this every time I am with him :)

I am currently obsessed with DIY stuffs and watching videos. So, any tips or suggestions for my next project? Hihi. Little creature here trying to be creative. I think I need to sleep this off.

Goodnight, kiddos <3

Something Edgy

This is what I wore yesterday for a business meeting with mum's client, who happens to be Jason Abalos (posted our picture together on my Instagram Account).

I consider my personal style more like dainty, chic and sometimes boho. I have never imagined myself to cross along the line and wear something like this - something edgy. But as promised, I would start 2013 with different perspectives, building bridges and trying out something new. I guess this would be a perfect start for me in finding my self and my personal style. I am slowly learning that we should not stick with what we're used to already, it is really worth trying out something new for yourself.

Change is the only constant thing in this world.

TOMATO GIRL

Another typical errand day for me as mum's driver. I opted to wear something cushy because I know I'll just stay inside the car and wait for mum to finish all her meetings.

I've always loved and fancied stuffs from Tomato; may it be clothes, shoes, bags or accessories - they never fail to catch my attention every time I pass by their store. And when they talk about SALE - believe me it's big time sale! I hoard lots of stuffs from Tomato, hence the blog title.

Top: Tomato | Sunnies: Forever 21 | Arm Candies: Tomato Time | Hair Color: Etude House

Many are curious of what my hair color is. I find it funny because I always answer them that's it a mixed color from different brands. But what made my hair look vibrant is the Etude House bubble Hair Coloring. What I love most about this product is that it is very easy to apply - easy like you just have to use it like a normal shampoo and voila! You'll instantly have a vibrant colored hair. What more can you ask for?
