I found a perfect home workout combo for starters like me who wants to get in shape before summer starts. Since I have no time to hit the gym everyday, I'm experimenting with some workouts that can be done at home to lose that holiday weight and get back into shape. I don't want to look so flabby this Summer, well no one does!
Take Note!!! First things first! No one will come to a battle unprepared so better do some stretching (like the ones you had during your high school PE Class) before you get started.
Here's the first video I'm doing (after my stretching), a 10 minute fat blasting workout video created by Andrea Orbeck. This workout hits the body from all angles - helps build up your posture, firms out your butt, tone up your legs/thighs and good for cardiovascular conditioning. All in one for just 10 minutes! I'm such a lazy ass when it comes to sweat out activities, but this one is simply easy believe me.
For the next video, it aims to workout on your core like toning up your abs and eliminating those flabs and chunky stomach. Who does not want to look extra hot with your toned abs this summer? I had a hard time coping up with this routine at first because obviously it's the perfect workout for the perfect VS Angels. As days passed by, I am slowly catching up with all the routines. You will feel that this workout is definitely working because of all the muscle sores you will experience. Intense!
